What East Haven houses need
East Haven runs smaller and more modest than the Gold Coast towns, and that suits our pricing well. Capes, ranches, and postwar colonials with straightforward rooflines are exactly the jobs that land at the lower end of our range, and a clean job on a cape reads just as well from the street as a bigger one does.
The shoreline neighborhoods are the exception on conditions rather than on size. Houses at Momauguin and Cosey Beach sit close together and take real weather off the Sound, so exposure gets planned for rather than discovered.
A lit street beats a lit house
In the close set shoreline neighborhoods, houses are near enough together that a few lit ones change the look of the whole block. That is genuinely how this spreads here. One house goes up, the neighbors see it from their own front steps, and the next season there are four.
It also means clean work matters. When houses are thirty feet apart, uneven spacing and bunched corners are visible in a way they never are on an acre lot.

to lights on.

Design visit
We come out to East Haven, usually within a day or two of your call, and design it on the iPad on a photo of your house. You see the roofline lit, pick the colors, and get one flat price. You go on the schedule right then.
Installed that week
Most homes are installed the same week as the design visit. Commercial-grade LED, hidden clips, timers set, and everything tested at dusk before we pull out of the driveway.
Lit all season
Anything goes dark, text us and we fix it, no charge. In January it all comes down and goes to our shop, labeled, until next year. Nothing in your garage.

Is our house too small to bother?
No. A cape or ranch front is straightforward and usually comes in near our starting price. Smaller houses look sharp lit, because there is nowhere for sloppy corners to hide.
We are a block from the water. Does the wind matter?
It is worth raising when you call. We use commercial-grade product rather than retail strands and we go over the exposed elevations at the design visit. Anything that comes loose is a service call at no charge.
What does the price actually include?
Design, the lights, installation, service all season if anything goes dark, takedown in January, and storage until next year. You never buy the lights, so there is nothing in your garage in February.
